On 9 June, CECOP and Confecoop are bringing together cooperative and social economy stakeholders in Lisbon for a focused workshop on the role of cooperatives and social economy enterprises in driving inclusive economic growth. Following the recent publication of the mid-term review of the European Social Economy Action Plan, the event offers a timely opportunity to take stock of progress made and explore how European commitments translate into national strategies and concrete realities. Gathering European and national cooperative and social economy actors, the workshop will strengthen the dialogue between European frameworks and national practice and draw on the Portuguese experience to feed into the broader debate.
