The central theme of the conference will be "Social Economy and Social Enterprise for Europe in the 21st Century". The theme will be influenced by the concern of social entrepreneurs and social economy actors, institutions and organisations on the national and European level over the impact of the current economic crisis on the further development and conditions for the progress of social economy in the member states.
