CECOP's response to the Commission's consultation on labour law has been sent

CECOP responded to the consultation opened with the Green Paper “Modernising labour law to meet the challenges of the 21st Century”, after an in-depth consultation among its members across Europe. Responding to the Central paradigm of “flexicurity”, or how to combine labour security with the flexibility required from the internal market and globalised competition, CECOP argues that it is precisely through flexibility that the cooperative and employee-owned enterprises it represents build security.
