The “Involve” project is embedded in the much wider issue of labour law in the European Union.
We recently sent you (CECOP link nr 2007/03 of 22/01/07) a first draft comment on the Commission's Green Paper on Labour Law, in order to help prepare a CECOP position.
With the feedback which we hope to get from you, we will make a second draft to be examined by the Board. There will still be one month before the Commission's deadline for the consultation, and it would be useful, at that point, to share ideas together on this topic, and especially what could be the specific contribution of worker and social cooperatives and worker-owned enterprises on the topic.
While the Board is strictly reserved to Board members, this afternoon seminar will be for all members.
