CICOPA's cooperative development strategy applied to worker, social and artisans’ cooperatives. The document “Cooperative development strategy” was approved in 2009 by the CICOPA General Assembly. CICOPA is the organisation of the International Cooperative Alliance representing and promoting industrial and service cooperatives and CECOP – CICOPA Europe is its regional organisation in Europe.
