In this video-COOPTALE we introduce the French worker cooperative, Titi Services, focused on offering care services for elderly, people with disabilities, and marginalized members of the community in the larger periphery of Nantes, France. 

In the interview we are able to witness how Titi Services, on top of offering excellent care services to its recipients, also offers quality worker conditions to all employees. By having worker-members involved in the governance, Titi Services has only been able to reap the benefits of satisfied workers, alongside content care recipients.
