In particular, it highlights the fact that the new Commission proposals restrict the definition of disadvantaged disabled worker. On the contrary, CECOP requests the definition to be further extended to include all persons in social exclusion (such as the homeless workers and those abandoned by their families), as well as workers of enterprises in crisis who take the risk to take over the management of their enterprise and thus avoid losing their jobs.
