On 20.09.2006, the European Commission adopted a draft revision proposition on the “de Minimis” regulation: implementation of articles 87 & 88 of the EC Treaty to de minimis aids.
That aid will not exceed a ceiling of EUR 200000 over any period of three years.
A consultation was organised and the results have been published at: http://ec.europa.eu/comm/competition/state_aid.
