CECOP Congress will be held in Brussels on Wednesday 30 April 2008 from 9am to 5 pm. Please note that a board meeting will be organised on Tuesday 29 April from 5 to 8.30pm (only for board members). Thus, we invite you to book your flight tickets accordingly.
You will receive very soon all the practical information. We would ask you to send us back the registration form completed for both events before 10 April 2008. We would like to draw your attention on the fact that the applications for the president and board member positions should be sent to the secretariat by 15 March 2008 at the latest.
For hotel bookings, please use part IV of the Cooperatives Europe registration form for their general assembly and seminar. You are kindly advised to make hotel reservations before 15 March 2008. Indeed, it is a very busy period and after this deadline, the Secretariat will not be able to guarantee room availability.
